THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE MAKASSAR DISTRICT COURT, CLASS IA SPECIAL

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Makassar Class IA Special District Court.This research was conducted at the Makassar Class IA Special District Court with 109 respondents. The data analysis used was quantitative data analyzed with multiple regression analysis tools through the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program to determine information about partial effects and simultaneous effects on the variables of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Makassar Class IA Special District Court.The results of this study indicate that partially, the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, and simultaneously, the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Makassar Class IA Special District Court. Based on the results of this study, it shows that to improve Employee Performance at the Makassar Class IA Special District Court, attention is needed to the work environment conditions and work discipline of employees.
