THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE LAND SERVICE OF MAKASSAR CITY

This study aims to see the Influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Land Office, as many as 33 respondents. The data analysis used is quantitative data analyzed with multiple regression analysis tools through the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program to find out information about the partial influence and simultaneous influence of the variables of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Land Office. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and simultaneously the variables of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Land Office. Based on the results of the study, it also shows that to improve Employee Performance at the Makassar City Land Office, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction are very much needed.
